These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Birthday Bestie, operated by Z2B Marketing LLC ("we," "us"). By using the app, you agree to these Terms.
Birthday Bestie offers two tiers:
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase or use the paid features of Birthday Bestie. The app is intended for use by parents and other adults planning a child's party, not by children directly.
The current pricing is $34.99 for your first personalized party plan and $24.99 for each additional party after that. These are one-time purchases per party, not a recurring subscription. Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store via RevenueCat; Apple's and RevenueCat's own terms also apply to the transaction. Pricing may change at any time; changes will not affect a plan you've already purchased.
Redo vs. new party. Refining or regenerating your plan while keeping the same party theme and the details you originally entered is a "redo" — it's included in what you already paid for and doesn't require another purchase. Choosing a different theme, or starting a plan for a different child or occasion, is a new party and requires the repeat-party purchase.
All purchases are final. Because unlocking a party gives you immediate access to the full generated plan — artwork, stations, printables, and everything else — we do not offer refunds once a party has been unlocked, including if you simply decide you don't like the result.
Purchases are billed through the Apple App Store, and Apple independently administers its own refund process for App Store purchases. If you request a refund through Apple, the outcome is entirely at Apple's discretion — we don't control or guarantee that decision, and we're not able to issue a refund directly ourselves outside of Apple's process.
You may upload photos or links as inspiration for your party plan. You retain ownership of anything you upload. By uploading it, you grant us a limited license to use it solely to generate your personalized plan — we do not use your uploads to train AI models, and we do not publish or redistribute your uploads. Do not upload content you don't have the right to share.
Reviews and photos you choose to share. Separately, you may choose to submit a review, star rating, and/or photos about your party (for example, through our optional post-party photo/review feature). This is different from the inspiration uploads above: you retain ownership, but you grant Birthday Bestie and Z2B Marketing LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display what you submit — including any photos of your child — within the app, on our website, and on our social media channels (including Instagram and TikTok), for the purpose of showcasing real Birthday Bestie parties. By submitting a photo that includes your child, you confirm you are their parent or legal guardian and have the right to share their image for this purpose. We review submissions before anything is published, and you can ask us to remove previously shared content at any time by emailing hi@birthdaybestieapp.com.
Personalized plans, artwork, activity suggestions, and local vendor pricing are generated with the help of AI and are provided as suggestions only. They are not professional event planning, safety, medical, or legal advice, and we don't guarantee that any suggested product, price, or vendor will be accurate, available, or still in stock by the time you shop.
Product links (including Amazon links) take you to third-party websites we don't control. We're not responsible for the content, accuracy, or business practices of those sites. See our Affiliate Disclosure for details on affiliate relationships.
Don't use Birthday Bestie to upload unlawful content, infringe someone else's rights, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
Birthday Bestie's app, design, and branding are owned by Z2B Marketing LLC. Your personalized plan is yours to use for your own party; it's not licensed for commercial resale.
Birthday Bestie is provided "as is." We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your expectations in every case.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Birthday Bestie and Z2B Marketing LLC are not responsible or liable for any injury, illness, accident, property damage, or other harm arising from or related to any activity, station, craft, recipe, vendor, or other suggestion generated or recommended through the app. You are solely responsible for evaluating the safety and suitability of anything you use from your plan for the children and guests at your party.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to these Terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
